Efficient separation of bulk Si and enhanced B removal by Si–Sn–Cu ternary solvent refining with Zr addition

چکیده

Si recycling from powder waste is of great significance to the production profits and alleviate hazardous effects on ecological environment. Solvent refining an effective way reproduce solar-grade silicon (SoG–Si) by reusing waste. Herein, a Si–Sn–Cu ternary solvent with Zr-assisted method was proposed make full use high activity coefficients B strong affinity Zr. The at different compositions were firstly measured, which provided guidance optimization improve removal efficiency. precise temperature control enabled obtainment large-area bulk solvent, enrichment percentage obtained 99.2%. Moreover, compared binary solvents, absolute content in primary further decreased 4.7 ppmw after directional solidification, showing better fraction (95.3%). It provides new scientific insight experimental evidence for separation purification crystals Si-based multicomponent solvents.
